As a part of the InfoSync team, you will be working closely with staffacross all departments to deliver excellent customer service to clientsacross diverse brands.
Under the general supervision of the IT Infrastructure Manager, theSupport Technician I will offer IT Helpdesk support to InfoSyncemployees.
Employee will:
Troubleshoot general PC issues
Troubleshoot general Network issues
Setup new users and train new users on our PC and Network policies.
Setup Phone/Voice Mail for employees
Troubleshoot basic wiring issues for all Phone/Ethernet connections
Troubleshoot Printer issues
Work with IT vendors
Log all work in Help Desk system
Document procedures and keep current documents updated
Requirements:
Associates degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related degree program or2 or more years of related experience
Solid understanding of Windows 10
Solid understanding of Networked Computers on a Domain
Basic knowledge of Laser printers
Friendly with all work colleagues and clients
Ability to lift computers/monitors/servers as well as moving some lightfurniture, up to 40 lbs.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize assigned projects to meet deadlines
Ability to communicate effectively with clients, customers and vendors
Self-motivated; ability to take on assigned tasks with minimalsupervision
