Pay Rate: $27 - $33 / per hour

　　Maxim Healthcare is hiring for a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)/Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work with Pediatric and/or Adult patients in their own homes.

　　Oceanside Area : Maxim Healthcare Services is looking to hire amazing nurses to help with four pediatric patients who are in need of afternoon/early evening shifts during the work week! The shifts vary from "4:30PM to 8:30PM" or "4:30PM to 9:00PM". Compared to the intensity that is felt working in a facility setting or a hospital one, these families offer a very ideal part-time position that is very enticing towards nurses looking for a secondary source of supplemental income. 　　Responsibilities:

　　Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.

　　On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders

　　Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.

　　Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

　　Qualifications:

　　Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN/LVN will practice.

　　Current TB or Chest X-Ray.

　　Current BLS card.
