Maxim Home Healthcare is looking to hire qualified Licensed Vocational Nurses to start IMMEDIATELY!

　　Help a local family while furthering your knowledge and skills with clients in need of your service.

　　Active LVN license is required , however no experience in the home health field is necessary

　　Case details : LVN is to provide total medical care for a G tube, Trach, and Ventilator dependent adult client. LVN must be comfortable communicating with doctors and nurses on a daily basis for order updates to patients plan of care. Routine DME cleaning to be done on patients supplies. Daily charting is completed and turned into the office daily/weekly.

　　Schedule: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday

　　Hours: 8:00 am - 4:00 pm

　　Paid Training : Our office provides One on One Hands on Training with skilled Homecare Nurse in the home and 24/7 support from assigned clinical RN.

　　-Hands on one on one patient orientation/ shadowing with another skilled nurse

　　-skills lab with G tube, trach, demonstration, comps on CPT vest, cough assist machine, ventilator training

　　-Online CEU/ICE paid modules (LVN license credits available)

　　General Hiring Orientation

　　Pay : $ 28 per hour

　　Bonuses -

　　$500.00 start bonus- payable after first 30 billable days. Hiring requirements must be completed after first 7 days or hiring with no call offs.

　　$250 Referral Bonus- Refer an LVN to work homecare (Payable after nurse works. Min work period may apply)
