　　Monday-Friday 8a-6:30p. Pediatric. Would be going to school with patient.

　　Case#3-Maryville

　　Saturday & Sunday. 5 years old 8:30a-7:30p. G-tube

　　Case#4-Louisville

　　4/3 rotation. 7:30a-7:30p during the week and 8a-8p on the weekends. Adult patient

　　Case#5- Sevierville

　　Wednesday & Every Other Weekend. 14 years old/ G-tube patient. 3p-11p

　　Case#6-Sevierville

　　Saturday and Sunday 9a-5p. 15 year olds. G-tube

　　Case#7-Knoxville

　　Sunday-Wednesday 8:30a-4:30p. Adult patients. G-tube

　　Case#8-Knoxville

　　Monday-Friday 6:45a-2:45p. School Case. G-tube.

　　Case#9-Knoxville

　　Monday, Wednesday, Friday 7a-7p. Pediatric(School Case). Low Acuity

　　Monday- Friday. 10a-6p. Pediatric. G-Tube.

　　Case #11-Knoxville

　　Pediatric Patient. School Case.

　　Monday-Friday 8:30a-5:30p

　　Case#12-Harriman

　　Monday-Friday 8a-2p. G-tube adult patient

　　Case #13-Loudon

　　Monday- Friday 8:45am-5:45pm. Pediatric G-tube

　　Case #14- Madisonville

　　Monday/Tuesday 5a-5p. 9 year old G-tube patient

　　Case #15-Halls-New Admission

　　Pediatric Patient. School case. Monday-Friday 8a-4p

　　Case #16-Talbott

　　4/3 rotation. 7a-7p. Pediatric Patient

　　Case #17-Speedwell

　　Monday-Thursday 7a-7p. Vent/trach Pediatric patient.

　　Case #18-Loudon

　　4 days a week. 12 hour shifts. Adult patient(Flexible Schedule). Vent/Trach

　　Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)/Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to work one on one with a patient in the school setting

　　Responsibilities

　　Provide nursing care for student(s) with medical needs (Trach, vent, G-tube Feedings, seizure monitoring with rescue medications, personal care, Diabetic care, etc.),

　　May ride the bus to and from school with patient

　　Requirements:

　　Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)/Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) licensures in the state in which the nurse practices in

　　Current Health Certificate (per facility).

　　Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.

　　Current BLS card.

　　One year prior LVN/LPN experience preferred.
