　　Robert Half has a permanent employment opportunity for a bookkeeper position with one of their clients. Self-driven and organized accounting professionals are needed for an exciting Bookkeeper opportunity. The ideal candidate must be organized and comfortable working under tight deadlines with minimal supervision. As the Bookkeeper, you will supervise the month-end closing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and reconciliation. Also, the Bookkeeper will handle coding, light journal entries or general ledger reconciliation and perform data entry, cash applications, and full cycle A/P. 　　Handle Accounts Receivable

　　Administrate Accounts Payable

　　File cash flow projections, as needed

　　Manage payroll for 50+ employees

　　Manage office facilities and maintenance

　　Handle monthly accounting close

　　Maintain monthly accounting close

　　Extra unique tasks if required

　　Draw up subcontractor 1099's, and any other IRS year-end requirement

　　Experienced with credit card management and reconciliation

　　Requirements

　　Ability to work well in matrix organization and dealing with ambiguity

　　Ability to prioritize work and balance multiple projects and deadlines

　　Strong analytical skills with ability to implement solutions and vendor management experience with good organizational skills

　　Takes action on items beyond formal job responsibilities

　　Strong communication skills and able to receive criticism well

　　Strong attention to detail

　　Dynamic accounting experience, including as a bookkeeper preferredDistinguished analytical, quantitative and social skills

　　Expertise in Accounts Payable (AP)

　　Administrative Office experience

　　Adeptness in payroll

　　Accounts Receivable (AR) experience preferred

　　QuickBooks experience

　　Highly organized and self-motivated
