　　Required qualifications:

　　Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.

　　Coursework/Training Electrophysiology terms, procedures including but not limited to pacemakers, defibrillators, loop records and life vests.

　　Texas Licensed Vocational Nurse upon hire or

　　upon hire: Texas Licensed Vocational Nurse Temporary. Or

　　upon hire: National Licensed Vocational Nurse Compact. Or

　　New Mexico Licensed Practical Nurse upon hire.

　　National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.

　　6 months cardiac device experience by an on site training administered by Physician/APP/Device technician.

　　Providence Physician Enterprise (PE) is a service line within Providence serving patients across seven states with quality, compassionate, coordinated care.
