　　Job Summary

　　Responsible within their scope of practice for providing high quality professional care to patients and families under the supervision of the provider.

　　Communicates with physicians as well as other healthcare team members to provide excellent patient care. Assists in the orientation of new clinic Medical Assistants and LPNs.

　　Education and/or Experience

　　Graduate from an accredited school of Licensed Practical Nursing. Previous clinic experience helpful.

　　Licensure/Certification/Registration

　　Licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Minnesota. Basic Life Support required within 30 days of hire.

　　Work Schedule

　　9:00am-7:00pm, with wknd rotation and occas hol; 60hrs/2wks
