　　Shifts Vary Based On Needs 6:30 am-6:45 pm & 6:30 pm-6:45 am

　　Responsibilities:

　　Assess patient’s conditions

　　Tracheostomy care

　　Management of enteral of feeding tubes

　　Diabetes monitoring and care

　　Management of Baclofen pumps

　　Observe patients and record observations.

　　Administering medications

　　Recording and monitoring patients’ vital signs.

　　Drawing blood samples as needed.

　　Requirements:

　　Valid LPN license

　　Valid RN license

　　Current TB Test & Physical

　　Mandatory Reporter Certificate preferred, but we can help you obtain it.

　　Valid BLS certification

　　Compensation and Benefits:

　　LPN-$28+DOE

　　RN- $34+ DOE

　　Having the ability to pick the days and shifts that fit into your lifestyle, and look at shifts in the portal at your own convenience

　　Mileage Reimbursement ( Based off anything over 20 miles from your doorstep)
