　　Navigate through word processing, filing, and faxing

　　Field telephone calls

　　Receive and tend to visitors

　　Provide help when needed with various projects for other employees Requirements - Accomplished computer skills are a must. This includes word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems

　　Excellent verbal, written, and social communication skills

　　Proficiency in scanning

　　Proven knowledge of Verification

　　Practical knowledge of nPrint

　　Microsoft Office Suites experience

　　Well-founded grasp of Onsite

　　Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook

　　Filing experience

　　Solid understanding of Microsoft Excel

　　General familiarity with copying

　　Ability to use the internet for research

　　At least 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience preferred
