　　Qualifications of the LPN Position:

　　Must work well with other staff but be able to work independently

　　Must possess a current, uncumbered license to practice as LPN in Ohio

　　Able to react to emergency situations appropriately when required

　　Able to realte information concerning a resident's condition

　　(LPN) Licensed Practical Nurse Requirements:

　　Valid Ohio state license(s)

　　Must be a self-starter able to work independently and efficiently

　　Reliable transportation

　　Currently considering all availability (Full-Time, Part-Time) 7PM to 7:30AM with 30 Minute Break
