Description:

　　Family Medicine & Community health), a micro-clinic with 3 locations all within 2-3 miles (Hally Street, Driver Street, and Broad Street). On average, they see 11 patients in the morning, and 8 in the afternoon. All 3 clinics provide free parking. They are an affiliate of the Lincoln Community Center which is staffed by our client. Open to CMA or LPN

　　Responsibilities:

　　Candidates will be responsible for point of care testing: urine, A1C, and glucose.

　　Candidates may be asked to assist the front desk with scheduling, checking in/out, and answering phone calls.

　　This is a micro-clinic with a single Provider so candidates must have a “whatever I can do to help” mentality.

　　Answering telephones and greeting patients

　　Updating information for each patient in his/her medical record

　　Entering completed patient registration packets in EPIC

　　Scheduling appointments, collecting co-pays and other administrative duties as directed.

　　Qualifications:

　　6-months’ experience as an LPN required

　　LPN and AHA BLS certification required

　　Team-oriented, thorough/quality work, and dependability required

　　Bilingual in English/Spanish highly preferred, but not required

　　Hours:

　　Monday-Friday from 8:00a-5:00p (potential to work an additional 3 hours at times on Monday, Thursday, and Friday - not required). General flexibility in shift hours HIGHLY appreciated.
