　　Schedule :

　　4/10-hour shifts with rotating weekends.

　　Hours: 6pm-4am.

　　We offer our Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN):

　　Responsibilities

　　Provide direct patient care in accordance with established care plan and physician’s orders

　　Administer and manage medication

　　Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all care provided

　　Maintain appropriate medication and supply inventory as applicable

　　Provide patient education in accordance with established plan of care

　　Other duties as assigned

　　Qualifications

　　Valid Texas LVN License in good standing

　　2+ years of experience preferred

　　Excellent verbal and written communication skills

　　Ability to work effectively with patients, families, stakeholders, and team members

　　Must pass all pre-employment and employment screenings
