　　The Logistics Supervisor manages the shipment of manufactured products to various factories. The primary function of this role is to ensure that shipments are transported and arrive at the customer in a timely manner to fulfill customer orders. They arrange advanced booking and pickup on time to make sure no shipments left behind at the plants.

　　What you’ll do:

　　Managing inbound shipments from different plants or customers.

　　Co-ordinating with multiple forwarders to arrange the pick-up and early dispatch of shipments.

　　Maintaining inbound tracker with all the details of shipments for better visibility and tracking.

　　Following system adjustments in case of discrepancy and notify procurement team with necessary details.

　　Logistics Flow Setup &Lane Definition & RFQ Management

　　Logistics Providers Service Levels monitoring and actions through Monthly business reviews.

　　Co-ordinating with warehouse for arranging the deliveries.

　　Qualifications:

　　Bachelor's Degree from related department i.e. management, economics, engineering.

　　Minimum 5 years' of experience in similar position

　　Skills:

　　Familiar with ERP programs, technical drawing knowledge, analysis and reporting knowledge

　　Negotation skill, problem solving, analytical skills, fluent speaking and writing in English.
