　　WCW operates on a 4 day a week, 10-hour day schedule. This position willbe staffed Mon-Fri. from 7am -3:30pm, while plant operations are M-Th6am to 4:30 pm. There will be times when OT is required to completedeadlines. Notice may be short (same day).

　　JOB DESCRIPTION Logistics Supervisor (working position)

　　Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations, including shipping,receiving, and inventory management. This position reports to theManufacturing Coordinator.

　　MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

　　- Ensure efficient and accurate processing to ship orders to meetcustomer expectations.

　　- Supervise a team of warehouse employees, providing guidance,training, and performance feedback.

　　- Monitor productivity and quality standards to optimize warehouseefficiency.

　　- Implement and enforce safety protocols and OSHA regulations tomaintain a safe working environment.

　　- Collaborate with other departments such as purchasing, and customerservice to ensure smooth operations of receiving and shipping product.

　　- Identify areas for process improvement and implement strategies toincrease productivity and reduce costs.

　　- Follow protocols for loading and unloading materials and product,operating equipment and other warehouse duties.

　　-Maintain accurate shipping records.

　　QUALIFICATIONS

　　- Previous experience in warehouse management or supervisory role

　　- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, includingshipping/receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment.

　　- Familiarity with warehouse management systems desired

　　- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and developa team.

　　- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make quickdecisions in a fast-paced environment.

　　- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocols.

　　-Have strong computer skills.
