Kforce has a client that is seeking a Business Systems Analyst in Jacksonville, FL.Responsibilities:
Business Systems Analyst will analyze and understand business processes within the distribution industry to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements for system enhancements or new implementations
Design and implement effective solutions, considering industry best practices and technological advancements, to optimize distribution processes
Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, providing valuable insights for decision-making
Work closely with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of systems and applications, addressing any issues that may arise during implementation
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of system requirements, configurations, and workflows
Collaborate with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement monitoring tools to track system performance and user satisfaction
As a Business Systems Analyst, you will provide training and support to end-users, ensuring a smooth transition during system changes or upgrades
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes, recommending adjustments to systems and processes as needed
Participate in the testing and quality assurance processes to ensure the reliability and accuracy of implemented solutions
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst, preferably in the distribution or supply chain industry
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Proficiency in business process modeling and data analysis tools
Familiarity with ERP systems, warehouse management systems, and other relevant technologies
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to evolving business needs
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
