  The aim of the position is to carry out and ensure a cost-effective, efficient, on-time global shipment processing and delivery control ready for shipment from the factory/supplier to the arrival of the customer/construction site in the respective customer system, taking into account the customer contractual agreements as well as all legal requirements from export, transit trade and import regulations.

  You‘ll make an impact by:

  Within the operational project logistics, you will be responsible for the support, operational handling and management of national and international projects/transports, including packaging responsibility, taking into account the various ECC specifications, process and interfaces.

  You will provide professional and reliable expert advice to the customer interface regarding logistics, export control, customs.

  You will be responsible for reviewing and commenting on our client's logistical tender and order documents and preparing sample documents for coordination with the end customer.

  You will also review and comment on our client's logistics contract documents (customer contracts, purchase orders, shipping, packing, marking and invoicing instructions).

  You will be responsible for the processing of logistical orders in the customer system, in compliance with the relevant guidelines and laws.

  You will also ensure successful deadline controlling for deliveries of goods and act as a communication interface to internal and external interface partners.

  You are responsible for preparing deliveries in the customer's IT tool and creating them.

  You will also check, check the plausibility and coordinate the processing data in the outbound.

  deliveries as part of the preparation of export documents (ABD, ATR, EUR, UZ, etc. invoices).

  You will be responsible for ordering product packaging from a packaging service provider that is suitable for transport.

  Active participation in project-related meetings in direct customer contact and verification, factual recognition and account assignment of packaging and transport invoices rounds off your task profile.

  Your success is grounded in

  A degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or Supply Chain Management.

  The basis is a three-year business administration apprenticeship and a particularly extensive subject-specific additional qualification, alternatively many years of professional experience as a dispatcher.

  You have in-depth expertise in the areas of transport logistics, export processing, customs and the handling of dangerous goods.

  You have a confident and experienced appearance among team members and towards customers.

  You have good knowledge of MS Office as well as SAP/R3 knowledge.

  On a personal level, you are convincing with your goal-oriented and self-reliant actions as well as the ability to work in a team and communication skills.

  Your analytical thinking and quick comprehension convinces us.

  Fluent written and spoken German and English skills round off your profile.
