  Position Summary:

  Introducing Nestlé Purina’s new Williamsburg Township, Ohio, factory – just 30 miles east of Cincinnati. This world-class factory will be built from the ground up to produce a wide variety of some of the most trusted and beloved pet care brands in the U.S. Our passionate team in Williamsburg Township will work in an environment that values safety, the latest technology in manufacturing and a culture of learning.   As a Logistics Manager, you will lead the Logistics department ensuring plant and Company objectives are achieved in the areas of Safety, Quality, customer satisfaction, operational and cost efficiency, inventory accuracy, and continuous improvement. You will actively participate as a member of the factory leadership team, helping to implement standards across the warehouse team.

  Primary Responsibilities:

  Lead team of warehouse associates tracking performance management, career development and operational goal achievement.

  Monitor and direct order management, warehouse shipping schedules and transportation execution to achieve on-time delivery and order fill rates

  Responsible for staffing, scheduling and managing the warehouse leadership team.

  Lead development and implementation of warehouse strategies including policies, procedures and goal

  Monitor costs daily and develop the annual department budget and ensure execution of plan to achieve cost objectives

  Collaborate with divisional and corporate leaders regularly on company Logistics goal alignment

  Evaluate equipment and facility upgrades to support continuous improvement

  Develop innovative programs to continuously improve cost, quality and service

  Basic Qualifications:

  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field

  3+ years' experience within an operations planning, logistics, distribution center, or supply chain related environment

  2+ years' supervisory experience

  The approximate pay range for this position is $85,000 to $128,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
