Job Description:
Our dynamic manufacturing team is seeking a qualified Logistics Customer Service Representative to join our growing company. As a key member of our logistics team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient communication between our customers and the logistics department.
Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and managing customer expectations.
Order Processing: Process and manage customer orders, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
Communication: Maintain effective communication with internal teams to ensure a seamless flow of information regarding order status, shipping updates, and any issues that may arise.
Customer Deductions: Handle customer deductions efficiently, investigate discrepancies, and work towards resolution.
Problem Resolution: Proactively identify potential issues and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve them.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and deductions.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a customer service role, preferably in the manufacturing or logistics industry.
Customer Deductions Experience: Previous experience dealing with customer deductions is essential.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal teams.
Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet and find solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
