Application support Engineer

　　The AAB Production Support role is an indefinite contract position that involves on-site work for 4 days in the Chandler location and 1 day of remote work. This role focuses on providing application support and troubleshooting, particularly in the areas of monitoring using tools such as Solarwinds and ELK stack. Strong scripting skills in Python and experience with SSIS packages are desired. The candidate should have a background in coding, although there will be no code access. Responsibilities include installation, configuration, administration, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of applications. The Application Support Engineer will collaborate with business partners, vendors, and IT teams to deliver effective business systems and solutions, participate in the Change Management process, provide training, and update documentation. Good communication skills, experience with databases such as MS-SQL, and knowledge of problem and incident management processes are required. Experience with Azure cloud, networking concepts, and Active Directory is preferred. Required Skills & Experience
