Have you ever heard the expression “Train Like You Fight, and Fight Like You Train”? When a fighter pilot engages a real threat, the quality of their training can determine whether the mission succeeds or fails. Our military pilots protect us – and we owe them the best training our nation can provide.

That is what we work toward every day in the Air Combat Test & Training (ACTT) department. We are dedicated to revolutionizing airborne pilot training for U.S. Navy and Air Force next-generation fighter jets. Our flagship product, the Tactical Combat Training System Increment II (TCTS II), is an on-aircraft, in-flight training system that provides unmatched operational realism to our nation’s top-tier fighter pilots. We are a system of systems development team that designs, integrates, and supports some of the largest, most complex solutions offered by Collins Aerospace.

As a Systems Engineer on our Integration and Range Deployment team, you will play a pivotal role in developing, enhancing, and maintaining these advanced training systems. This role is a unique opportunity to contribute to the evolution of fighter pilot training and support the warfighter, working closely with a motivated and passionate team of experts to create, test, and deploy systems that provide an unparalleled level of realism, interactivity, and effectiveness.
