Description

　　Robert Half is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to help a client in the Waukesha surrounding area. Essential duties include but are not limited to:

　　• Take phone calls for rental equipment.

　　• Fill customer and internal requests – check all resources if equipment isn’t readily available in fleet..

　　• Place orders for any re-rents from outside vendors.

　　• Prepare and follow up on rental quotes.

　　• Close and invoice rental orders.

　　• Initiate rental orders and generate/distribute shippers.

　　• Process vendor invoices for payment
