In this role, you will ensure proper IT equipment operationso end users can accomplish business tasks within the establishedservice level objectives. This includes receiving, prioritizing,documenting, and actively resolving end user help requests. Thisposition reports on-site at the AMSOIL Center located in Superior,Wisconsin. Core Responsibilities: Monitor, assign, document, andprioritize incoming help desk requests Research, and resolve assignedrequests by directly assisting end users, and by utilizing resourcessuch as the Solutions Database, vendor support pages, and other internetresources Configure and deploy desktop, notebook, tablet, and printersto new or existing users Facilitate system reconnections and deploysoftware peripherals as requested Ensure customer requests are properlydocumented and AMSOIL assets are properly maintained in call managementsystem (Manager Engine) Maintain inventory of spare IT equipment andother spare parts and peripherals including replenishment of spares andIT shipping/receiving Position Requirements: Associates Degree inrelated field Minimum of 2 years of related experience Or an equivalentcombination of education and experience sufficient to perform theessential functions of the job Knowledge of basic computer hardware andsoftware systems Knowledge with desktop and server operations systemsExperience with Active Directory Ability to effectively communicateideas in both technical and user-friendly language Strong customerservice orientation Able to lift 50 lbs.
