　　We are looking for a Commissioning and Service Engineer, committed to Building Automation System , to be hired with a permanent contract in Rome within the regional Solution and Services Smart Infrastructure area.

　　Your Challenge

　　As Commissioning and Service Engineer for Building Automation System you will contribute to and deliver business processes or detailed technology solutions, in a self-managed and target oriented manner, and thus contributes to team results. Position is focusing on analyzing, developing, testing, technologies and systems in their specific field of expertise

　　Some of the main activities will be:

　　Delivers support services by using remote connections to customer systems by web tool, phone, other communication media or site visit;

　　Performs assigned service and commissioning activities using innovative digital solutions and tools (developed by HQ)

　　Provides operational assistance and application support

　　Diagnoses, clarifies and resolves technical problems

　　Clarifies events, analyses trace and diagnostic information, provides information about its findings to solve the issue and provides guidance for the next steps.

　　To be a perfect fit for this role, you would already have:

　　Strong familiarity with IT principles regarding Networking, VPN, Firewall, Cybersecurity, Virtualization (e.g. VMware, EverRun), Remote Connection. This knowledge are needed.

　　Basic knowledge of infrastructure (e.g., SAN, SERVER etc.) hardware and consumer software.

　　Background of Automation Systems and of the technical aspects focused to the Building Automation.

　　Strong focus on problem solving and analysis.

　　Ability to manage priorities to communication between technical department and product managers

　　Passion to never-stop growing

　　Respect and appreciation of each person’s uniqueness, willingness to co create and share knowledgeProficiency in English and Italian
