　　One of Robert Half Lexington's clients is on the lookout for a new Logistics Coordinator. The logistics clerk will be working with clients coordinating shipments. The other main part of this role is performing a heavy amount of data entry, as well as customer service. It is also important for the Logistics Clerk to take responsibility for the processing of customer orders, including coordination with vendors and arranging shipments. 　　Your responsibilities in this role

　　Corroborate freight bills and process bills of lading

　　Observe, follow, and encourage dispatch & progress of orders on time and to meet delivery requirements

　　Follow-up with carriers, as necessary

　　Express and integrate with inventory and sales management; warehouse; logistics for service changes

　　Stick to guidelines for approving carriers

　　Perform various administrative duties

　　Requirements - 2+ years' experience with shipping/logistics

　　Customer service oriented communication skills that allow for pleasant and beneficial interactions with all customers

　　Data entry, document management, file creation and previous records experience required

　　Call Center Customer Service experience

　　Adeptness in logistics & distribution

　　Command of data entry

　　Experience with Freight Carriers

　　Deep understanding of Logistics Industry

　　Dispatching experience

　　Demonstrated knowledge of shipping & receiving

　　Means to operate basic office equipment, complete general office work and route incoming materials
