Description Robert Half is currently working with a client looking for Loan Servicing Support Specialist. The Loan Servicing Support Specialist will be responsible for supporting the processing and servicing of loans. Tasks include customer communication, processes to maintain accurate system records, payment postings, and legal documents. If you are driven, organized, and detail-oriented, this is the Loan Servicing Support position for you!

　　Your responsibilities

　　Own the review of loan documentation for accuracy and completeness

　　Arrange escrow payments for property taxes, insurance, and association dues

　　Attend to adjustments on loans, advances, and payments

　　Investigate missing or misapplied loan payments

　　Respond to credit reporting disputes and correct credit reporting errors

　　Manage loan maintenance, including modifications, extensions and required changes in core processing system

　　Make sure to respond efficiently and accurately to routine customer inquiries via telephone and email, including generating loan payoff letters Requirements

　　Microsoft Office knowledge required

　　Excellent oral and written communications skills

　　Critical thinking and problem-solving skills as well as high attention to detail

　　High school diploma or equivalent required (AA/BA/BS in Accounting, finance or economics preferred)

　　Comfort working in a highly confidential and compliance driven environment
