  This is a hybrid position. The selected colleague will work at an MUFG office or client sites up to four days per week and work remotely the remaining day(s). A member of our Talent Acquisition team will provide more details.

  Job Summary

  The Senior Specialist has the responsibility of maintaining and documenting account specific information for Commercial Loan Operations.

  •Overseeing the creation and documentation of wire instruction information critical to CLO.

  •Managing repository information for warehousing account reference data.

  •Performing incoming and outgoing telephonic account verifications, call backs.

  •Booking standard settlement instructions (SSI) into the loan system.

  •Ability to understand commercial lending workflows and pull necessary data upon request.

  •Interact with internal and external controller/regulators regarding CLO auditing. •Ability to multi-task on competing priorities •Working on ad-hoc inquiries that are received from business lines, clients, agents, etc.

  Skills & Qualifications

  •0-3 years of experience in Syndicated lending

  •Ability to analyze and streamline operational processes enhancing productivity and efficiency. Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus

  .•Knowledge of Bank systems commonly used in the Syndicated lending business: ACBS, Loan IQ, AFS, Clearpar, Syndtrak, Intralinks, Debt Domain•Very strong written and verbal communications skills

  •Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate in a high-pressure environment

  .•Prior Experience Managing People a plus.

  The typical base pay range for this role is between $65K - $80K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
