　　Direct Placement Opportunity with $1,000 signing bonus! Credit Union is growing and seeking multiple loan officers.

　　Credit Union has an immediate need for a Loan Officer at our Lino Lakes and Maplewood branches. New hires will receive a $1,000.00 sign-on bonus after 180 days of employment.

　　This position is responsible for establishing and strengthening member relationships by acting as a trusted advisor in identifying sales opportunities beneficial to each member.

　　Consumer Loans

　　Real Estate Loans

　　Business Lending

　　Responsible for opening and closing accounts, originating, underwriting and closing loans, cross selling products and services by providing personal and excellent member service.

　　In addition, this position acts as back-up to the frontline staff as business needs dictate.

　　Ability and willingness to work out of our Maplewood and Lino Lakes branch as business needs dictate

　　Training – side by side training, in person, in the moment, hands on, on the fly, etc.

　　Performance Metrics – Branch goals that should be met, incentive thresholds, will not be required during training but these are achievable goals.

　　Work Environment

　　Onsite opportunity, ability to work from home on Saturday's (one Saturday every five weeks 8:45am - 12:15pm taking calls) – once every 5 weeks

　　Bank hours 9am – 5pm; drive thru 8am to 5pm; Saturday rotation is call center driven 9am to 12pm, expect 3-10 calls total. Everyone takes a rotation on this and its rotational.

　　Dress code – business casual. Friday’s jeans are allowed.
