  WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

  Creates and manages weekly reporting schedule; adjusts reporting frequency depending on the tour and needs of the department.

  Accurately reports VIP packages selling on Ticketmaster and non-Ticketmaster platforms.

  Works closely VIP Nation Ticketing staff to determine what inventory is available in every market; reports inventory changes and adjustments.

  Creates unique reporting formats using Excel reflecting financial data of a tour.

  Manages reporting distribution lists and ensures that all stake holders are receiving appropriate sales reports.

  Uses a variety of Ticketmaster TMI products to pull appropriate sales data.

  Assists managers and VIP Nation financial staff by incorporating financial information into reports and interpreting ticketing audits.

  Provides administrative and customer service support as needed.

  Works VIP events in the Los Angeles area.

  WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

  Highly organized; able to commit to a schedule, use time efficiently and meets all deadlines

  Must possess an elevated, proficient understanding of ticketing operations and inventory management

  Experience working in a box office, venue or event management

  Creative and resourceful problem solver

  Intermediate understanding of Microsoft Excel; able to create macros and complex formulas; ability to use excel to present appropriate information.

  Superior written and verbal communication skills; must be able to request information from colleagues at other companies and actually receive it.

  Ability to generate and provide comprehensive financial reports.

  Love of music and live events; knowledge of popular music

The expected compensation for this position in California is:

  $69,000.00 USD - $87,000.00 USD

It is estimated based on what a successful California applicant might be paid. It assumes that the successful candidate will be in California or perform the position from California. Similar positions located outside of California will not necessarily receive the same compensation. Live Nation takes into consideration a candidate’s education, training, and experience, as well as the position’s work location, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value, including seniority and merit systems, and internal pay alignment when determining the salary level for potential new employees.
