About LMS Administrator

  The ideal candidate will play a vital role in growing and improving our training program by ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and enhancement of our Learning Management System (LMS). This role requires a strong grasp of educational technology, excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with different stakeholders to facilitate effective online learning experiences.

  Responsibilities include daily LMS administration, overseeing site design and interface, managing eLearning content implementation, generating reports, configuring user roles and permissions, and conducting regular system audits for issue resolution. The candidate will serve as the subject matter expert for learning system configurations and integrations, collaborating with internal teams and third-party vendors for optimal performance.

  Key Responsibilities:

  Stay updated on industry trends and educational technologies, regularly enhancing the learning program.

  Set technical standards for the LMS, including new implementations and system enhancements.

  Address inquiries, resolve functional issues, and provide user support for the LMS.

  Support Training Centers teams by providing input on course structures and implementation.

  Manage vendor relationships, conduct RFPs, and ensure systems are up-to-date and utilized effectively.

  Maintain comprehensive documentation for the learning system, aiding in troubleshooting and reference.

  Analyze usage trends, offer recommendations to optimize systems for business goals.

  Manage all aspects of user management, including access requests, validation, and scaling processes.

  Your Experience:

  Bachelor’s degree or higher in Educational Technology or related fields.

  4-5 years of Learning Management System Administration in a corporate training setting (Docebo LMS experience preferred).

  Proficiency in HTML and CSS; JavaScript skills are a plus.

  Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.

  Passion for learning and staying updated on e-learning and LMS technologies.

  Ability to work independently and as a team player.

  Superior project management skills, prioritizing tasks in an agile environment.

  Preferred Qualifications:

  Strong interpersonal skills, collaborating with teams globally.

  Familiarity with e-learning standards (SCORM, AICC, cmi5, xAPI).

  Previous experience in user training and support.

  Basic project management experience and/or certifications.

  Solid understanding of learning and development principles.

  Knowledge and Skills:

  Strong planning, communication, change management, and cultural awareness skills, including financial and global business acumen.

  Ability to quickly understand new, complex technologies and concepts.

  Ability to evaluate variances in learning styles within an audience.

  Strong familiarity with learning content and delivery solutions.

  Strong delivery skills including teaching, facilitating, and mentoring capability.
