Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Producer that wants to help grow our Production Department and have fun doing it. The Producer works in collaboration with the Director of Production, other Producers, and our Production Management team to manage and produce small to large scale events and/or creative projects. The Producer will be expected to work out of the Denver Office as well as on location to advise clients on current and innovative event trends, ideas, and equipment technologies. They must be familiar with the latest advancements in professional level event technologies as well as on location managing of the procurement of equipment, creative collateral, and fabrication, set design and construction, budget management, client and venue interface, and show flow creation and execution for clients’ events. Our Producers will need to be able work with clients providing innovative concepts, new ideas, and develop a show from concept to activation.
Successful candidates will have the following:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education
5 + years experience producing live events (production/set concept and design experience a plus)
Understanding of the journey of the attendee from invite, arrival, event, and post-event.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with various levels of managers and clients, including C-suite level Executives.
Experienced in developing show flows, rehearsal schedules, sourcing speakers and entertainment
Ability to collaborate with other departments and team members to fulfill the needs of a full-service program (I.e. Creative, Content, Video & Media, F&B, Planning, Event Tech)
Confident in leading a team to solve creative challenges and is solutions-oriented.
Experience producing virtual events to include Zoom and Microsoft Teams
Strong written, verbal, and non-verbal communication ability
Excels under pressure and tight deadlines.
Proficiency in software such as Microsoft Office, Adobe Design Suite, Keynote,
Must embody the Unbridled brand and culture: character, change, credibility, and community.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience working in VMix virtual event platform or similar
Experience using Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop and Illustrator
Meeting & Event Coordinator or Project Manager experience
Vectorworks or Cinema 4D experience a plus
Experienced in creative collateral trafficking and managing production of creative assets
What you would be doing at Unbridled:
Develop, collaborate, and manage a technical plan that best supports client needs for all events
Sourcing and Managing Vendors and Contractors
Create and manage all aspects of production to best support event and attendee experience
Negotiate contracts with vendors, entertainment, and talent
Produce creative client proposals, manage logistical documents and timelines, and source vendor partners for all aspects of the event
Maintain point of communication between all clients, vendors, crew, and support staff
Develop, track, manage and reconcile project budgets
Creation of ongoing and detailed show flows, rehearsal schedules, and all related show documents
Work with Creative Team to provide creative concepts for set design, show flow, visual imagery, content, and event theme
Integrate with Creative, Content, and Media Teams to produce creative assets and fabricated elements
Overseeing onsite operations and execution, directing crew, and managing onstage rehearsals and live show execution
Frequent and extended travel required up to 25% - 35% of the time
