Overview: We are seeking a Litigation E-Filing Specialist. This fully remote position will play an integral part in supporting our litigation case teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency in both State and Federal Court filing systems. Key Responsibilities Include: *Performs electronic filing in all State and Federal Court systems. *Regularly reviews and analyzes court rules and Judges' Standing Orders to ensure compliance when e-filing. *Communicates e-filing requirements, court rules/updates and Judges' Standing Orders to case team. *Creates and/or reviews pleadings and supporting documents for filing, ensuring all court requirements are met prior to e-filing. *Works with court staff, as appropriate, to ensure all court requirements are met. *Maintains electronic file by monitoring all e-filed documents and monitors docketing reports in anticipation of upcoming filings. Our Ideal Candidates Will Have: Candidates must have 5+ years of litigation legal assistant (or equivalent) experience. Expertise in standard business software applications such as Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint required; experience with project management tools (Smartsheet, Microsoft Teams) and electronic docketing software a plus. Our ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, skilled multi-tasker, and able to maintain a strong service orientation in a fast-paced environment.
