　　PERSONAL INJURY AND WORKERS' COMPENSATION LAW FIRM in BELLEVUE, WA dedicated to fighting for the rights of injured workers and individuals who have suffered personal injustice is seeking an experienced LITIGATION ATTORNEY l to join their team.

　　In this role, you will:

　　Provide comprehensive legal support in both workers' compensation and personal injury cases, from pre-litigation investigation through trial.

　　Conduct legal research, draft and review pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.

　　Interview clients and witnesses, gather evidence, and prepare case reports.

　　Manage case files, deadlines, and calendars.

　　Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and opposing counsel.

　　Assist with depositions, mediations, and trial preparation.

　　Compensation and Benefits:

　　The salary range for this position is $100,000 to $135,000 with a lucrative bonus structure. Benefits available with this position include medical, dental and vision with employer-covered premiums; disability insurance; participation in the company’s retirement plan with 3% match and flexible paid vacation, 6 days of paid sick leave and 10+ paid holidays per calendar year. 　　Requirements

　　Qualifications:

　　3-5 years of experience in litigation, preferably within workers' compensation and/or personal injury law.

　　Demonstrates exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex legal concepts to clients and juries.

　　Is a team player who is collaborative, supportive, and passionate about justice.

　　Possesses a valid Washington State Bar license is a must.
