Description

　　A boutique law firm in downtown Seattle is seeking an Associate Attorney to support construction defect and real estate dispute litigation.

　　Salary 130-170k annual base DOE plus additional discretionary end of year bonus earnings and raise reviews. They provide medical, dental, vision and life insurance along with flexible PTO and sick time to satisfy WA sick leave policies and honor work life balance for their employees. The role allows for a hybrid work-from-home set up, expecting 2 days per week spent in office. They have a soft billable requirement of 1750 annually.

　　Requirements

　　Candidates with the following credentials and experience are encouraged to apply:

　　3-5+ years of experience as an attorney in Washington State, preferably within a litigation field of law

　　Juris Doctor with strong academic performance

　　Active Washington State bar license

　　Strong motions and legal writing skills

　　Attention to detail and deadline driven

　　Negotiation skills

　　Collaborative and seeking a friendly working environment
