Lewis Roca is seeking a highly motivated Litigation Attorney in the Denvermetro area with a minimum 5 years of litigation experience in the defense offirst-party commercial and residential property claims, insurancecoverage, and insurance class actions in Colorado. The ideal candidate willwork well as part of a team on related cases, including supervision byexperienced partners, but must be capable of taking a lead role inindependently handling court appearances, taking and defendingdepositions, retaining and working with experts, attending mediations,and related tasks. It is critical that the candidate be capable of managingmultiple cases at once, have strong writing and oral advocacy skills, anddemonstrate a commitment to delivering excellent legal work for our clients.The successful candidate may have the opportunity to utilize junior associatesfor some case work, such as legal research, where appropriate.
This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $105 per billable hourcommensurate with experience and will be primarily designed for remote work.The anticipated need is an average of 100 - 150 billable hours per month butwill be flexible and based on demand.
