As a Product Manager within Account Statements in Liquidity and Account Solutions, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.
Job responsibilities
Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability
Be the "go-to" expert for all matters related to Account Services, Statements and Reporting as a Service products, SWIFT Messages, Statements transmission, BAI, ISO20022 delivered through various channels and formats
Ensure the team is using the latest insights into market trends around client cash management requirements, legal & regulatory changes and effective collaboration with internal stakeholders. Train and bring insights about the latest ISO20022 standards
Act as the Product Manager with full responsibility for the Statement platform, overseeing the generation of bank statements transitioned to ISO20022 standards and existing statements generation process, ensuring seamless operation and integration with new standards
Oversee the product lifecycle process, including product intake, product requirements, design, development, operationalization, and Go-To-Market strategies partnering with the relevant local and regional functions
Work closely with technology and other functional partners, pre and post releases to ensure new product functionalities are delivered as per specified business requirements, regulation, and client needs
Regularly engage senior stakeholders and management teams on progress and on new developments.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
Proven expertise in SWIFT, BAI, MT, CAMT messages, ISO20022 technology platforms, statements and reporting standards through different channels
Previous product management, product tech manager experience in Treasury Transformation/cash management strongly preferred. With proven track of complex platform migrations\
Advanced analytical, data visualization, Business intelligence, data mining, dashboard, reasoning, communication, and strategic skills
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
Experience in Data and analytics, as well as Business intelligence tools use and implementation is highly desirable
Product design capabilities such as User Research, UX/UI strategy, product analytics, and human centered design methodologies strongly preferred
