　　Job Summary

　　Provides confidential administrative support for Director. This support includes maintaining files, maintaining the Director's appointment calendar, making all meeting/travel arrangements, taking and preparing minutes, independently creating correspondence, and performing general clerical duties such as filing, copying, answering telephones, distributing mail.

　　Job Requirements

　　Minimum Education Requirement:

　　High School Diploma or Equivalent work experience required. Associates degree in related area or equivalent work experience preferred. Typing speed of 45 wpm. Knowledge of good grammar, punctuation, proofreading and spelling. Ability to compose letters independently. Word processing skills required, preferably Word. Spreadsheet skills desirable. Ability to work independently. Ability to handle multiple tasks and determine priorities.

　　Minimum Experience Requirement:

　　Two years of secretarial experience preferred. Excellent customer service skills required.

　　$18.00 - $25.92
