QPS Employment Group is hiring a Linen Assistant for a company inQuincy, IL. This is an associate to hire opportunity.

Linen Assistant Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Sort soiled lines as it comes into plant and place into proper areas- Unload clean laundry from dryer- Feed clean laundry into the press machine- Spray the carts with disinfectant and wipe down carts with a towel- Take material from basket and shake out creases, position semi-dryflatwork on a table for feeding into machine, lay articles on feederribbons that convey it into machines, smooth and guide articles by handduring ironing process to prevent folds and wrinkles- Fold flatwork and/or tumble work pieces discharged from machine andplace in baskets on carts or conveyor belts- Finish shirts by operating four presses, such as the sleever,collar-cuff press, and body presses as required- Finish perm-press articles that are dried on hangers, place on aconveyor, and pass through a steam conditioner to remove any wrinklesand set finish

Linen Assistant Requirements:- Lift up to 50lbs- Must be able to work in heat
