Monday through Friday. No weekends!
1st Shift Schedule: Mon-1p-5p, Tues-Thurs 5a-5p
Starting Pay: $18.38/hr
Stay Bonus: $2000. 1st Installment paid after 90 days & 2nd installment paid after 1 year of continued employment (Conditions of employment must be met to be eligible for the pay out).
Referral Bonus Program: $2000 for each employee referred. 1st installment paid after 90 days of the new hire start date & 2nd installment paid after the new hire completes 1 year of employment. (Conditions of employment must be met to be eligible for the pay out)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Comply with all applicable safety procedures and ISO14001 EMS guidelines
Must be highly aware of Safety Procedures.
Other duties as assigned by supervisor, lead person, or a member of management.
Capable of lifting or moving 50 lbs.
Ability to distinguish colors.
Must maintain work areas in a safe and orderly condition at all times.
Complete all proper documentation i.e., tags, logbooks, material return tags and required labor entries in computer.
Must be able to work with minimal supervision and follow written instruction and schedules.
Must have basic math skills and ability to use SAP and SAP Quality Management programs.
Must have good English language verbal and written communication skills and work as part of team, communicate with relief shift.
Will be required to work overtime when coverage is needed to cover vacations in department; weekends during peak times.
Will perform preventative maintenance procedures; be pro-active in 6S activities and continuous improvement programs as required.
Mechanical ability preferred, working with hand tools.
Reliable attendance due to 24 hr. shifts.
Education:
High School diploma or equivalent
Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate effectively in English
Experience:
Some manufacturing experience preferred
Must complete on the job training for specific job classification, as required, in a timely manner
Skills/Attributes:
Must be able to work independently according to verbal and written instructions.
Must learn basic computer transactions and inputs; must have ability to become certified SAP User.
Must have basic math and communication skills. Must develop and maintain proficiency in required job skills.
Must be capable of lifting or moving 50 lbs. and occasionally lifting or moving 75 lbs.
Must be able to distinguish different colors.
