　　Come join the Food Production team at Saint Francis Hospital, part of Trinity Health Of New England! We are a member of the nationwide Trinity Health family, bringing compassionate care to our communities.

　　What you will do:

　　Responsible for the production of quality foods for patients, cafeteria, catering events and satellite services.

　　Perform responsibilities of Third Cook and Lead Cook

　　Provide bake shop assistance as needed to meet operational needs.

　　Minimum Qualifications :

　　High School Diploma or GED and Culinary experience desirable (i.e., quantity food production, catered events/baking).

　　Minimum of 2 solid years’ experience working in institutional production with catered events.

　　Excellent quantity production and catering culinary skills.

　　Knowledge of sanitation and safety principles.

　　Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions and have excellent skills in customer service.
