DUTIES: Cooks: will prepare meals and food itemsfollowing the standard Hotel\'s recipes using hot and cold cookingtechniques and with a minimum amount of supervision. REQUIRED:Must be able to lift and carry food and kitchen supplies weighing up to40 lbs. SCHEDULE: Generally, min. of 35-hrs p/wk, on average 7-hrsp/workday and 5-workdays p/wk. Initial transportation to begin the seasonal/peakemployment (including meals and, to the extent necessary, lodging) tothe place of employment will be provided, or its cost to workersreimbursed, if the worker completes half the employment period. Theamount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to themost economical and reasonable common carrier for the distancesinvolved.
