Job Description

Designers support three primary store priorities: Customers First, InStock, and Store Appearance. Designers support Customers First byproviding fast, thorough, and friendly service to customers. Designersinteract with customers by welcoming them to the store, assessing theirkitchen and/or bath project needs, providing showroom tours, settingthem up for kitchen and/or bath measures, meeting with them to go overroom designs and make purchasing recommendations. Designers support InStock initiatives by assessing stock levels of samples and brochures andrestocking them as necessary. Designers support the Store Appearancepriority by ensuring special order displays and showrooms promote ashopping environment that is appealing and safe. By supporting thesethree priorities, Designers drive sales to support department and storegoals.
