Line Cook - 10 fulltime, temporary, seasonal (H-2B) jobs available 4/1/24-11/15/24.

　　Employer: Panza Group, LLC DBA Dock Brown's Lakeside Tavern, 511 Route 9P, Saratoga Springs, NY 12866.

　　Duties: Prepare food for service, including chopping vegetables, cutting meat and preparing sauces. Cook menu items. Set up and break down cooking line, gathering all supplies needed to prepare meals. Covers, dates and stores all leftover re-usable products. Stock inventory and supplies. Clean up station and kitchen including, breakdown cardboard, sweeps and mops floors, clean all pots, pans, flatware and utensils. Required to stand for long periods and walk, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend. Push, pull and lift up to 50 pounds.

　　No education required. 6 months experience required.

　　Work days: Schedule and Hours vary Thursday 5pm-10pm, Friday-Saturday work 10am-8pm, 35 hours/week at $18.13/hour. OT at $27.20/hour. Raises/bonuses may be paid at employer discretion based on performance, skill, tenure.

　　Post-hire drug testing upon suspicion paid by employer.

　　A single workweek will be used to compute wages due. Workers will be paid weekly on Friday. All deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law will be made.

　　Employer will assist workers in securing optional housing, but employer will not provide housing.

　　Employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job.

　　H-2B workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees).

　　Transportation (including meals and, to the extent necessary, lodging) to the place of employment will be provided, or its cost to workers reimbursed, if the worker completes half the employment period. Return transportation will be provided if the worker completes the employment period or is dismissed early by the employer. Daily subsistence rates are $15.46/day without receipts or up to $59/day with receipts.
