ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Applies braze pasteto parts ensuring a uniform application. Deburrs parts as needed.Properly packages parts so they are not damaged while being transportedto the next operation. Capable of noticing defects in parts (scratches,dents, metal thinning, poor finish) and brings defected parts toSupervisor\'s attention. In coordination with Maintenance Department,performs preventive maintenance on heat treat equipment. Proceeds undergeneral supervision. Demonstrates thorough knowledge of and conformitywith Ace Precision Quality System work instruction requirements thatgovern heat treat operations. Maintains or exceeds production standardsthrough efficient organization and planning. Follows and complies withsafety policies and procedures. Accurately completes all requireddocumentation. Meets attendance policy requirements. Contributes to teameffort by assisting in areas as needed.
