Assess each resident\'s leisure and lifestyle interest uponmove-in. Organize the scheduling of therapeutic activities for residentparticipation both individually as well as in group structures. Createactivities within and outside of the community with events to stimulateand promote resident interest and general well-being. Motivate residentsto participate in daily planned activities. Create, write and updatecare plans and therapeutic activity programming. Ensure residentsatisfaction levels are achieved through quality and hospitalityservices and initiatives. Actively participate in resident careconference meetings. Provide accurate documentation electronically forresident assessments, MDS, care plans, progress notes, interest surveys,behaviors, and safety concerns. Recruit, orientate and direct volunteerteam, including selecting appropriate volunteer candidates for specificassignments. Lead activity for individual as well as group programs;documenting participation and resident achievement levels. Coordinatethe transportation of residents to and from recreational areas toparticipate in scheduled programs. Oversee the promoting and publicationof activity programming brochures and calendars.
