How you will contribute: As the Life Safety Service SalesManager you will work closely with the Northeast Region Service Managerto maximize growth of sales and margin dollars with our owner directcustomers in the NortheastWisconsin market.You will provide vision andstrategic development of sales planning and execution for our Sprinkler,Special Hazard, Fire Alarm and Fire Extinguisher product lines.You willdirectly manage a team of life safety sales professionals which willrequire establishing sales quotas, providing mentorship to team membersand onboarding new sales talent. You will facilitate team meetings toensure there\'s a high degree of cross-selling and ensure product linessales are on track.Strategically partner with the Service Operationsteam to create seamless transitions from sales to operations.
