Join us as a Risk & Governance Specialist to strengthen our governance framework and capabilities in CS’ Wealth Management division. Your role will be integral to the global Life Referral Business to ensure management and development of our risk management procedures and frameworks, busi-ness governance and controls. In this key position, your role will be to develop, maintain and contin-ually align our risk and process architecture with the rest of the bank, proactively looking for system integration efficiencies where possible. You will systematically lead on reviewing, and recommending improvements to, the Life Referral Business platform. You’ll be a good match, if you have: * University degree or equivalent education * Demonstrable and proven experience of establishing and handling robust governance and risk management frameworks * At least 2-3 years of experience in Private Banking * Experience in dealing with compliance and risk control functions within the financial services sector * Knowledge and working experience in the life insurance business sector of a top-tier bank, insurance company, and/or insurance broker * Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate efficiently at all levels incl. senior management * Ability to cope with pressure and a high level of flexibility, responsibility and attention to detail * Diligent and detail-oriented work approach with respect for our risk and control obligations * Analytical skills and are a team-player with high EQ * A structured and principled “can do”, solutions and outcome-based approach * Fluency in English is a must.
