Site Lead TADSS I/O/Ms. Our site leads, bring leadership and management skills along with training device technical expertise and mentorship skills. They receive V2X refresher training and participate in the New Equipment Training (NET) for each type of M1A2 training device being fielded to the Polish Land Forces. Regular duties include preventive maintenance, troubleshooting/testing fault isolation, component sustainment/repair/replacement, configuring/integrating of hardware/ software suites, installing software patches, updating firmware, installing network cabling, cable management, and operational verification of training device equipment. They conduct periodic Instructor/Operator (I/O) and maintenance refresher training for members of the Polish Land Forces, as required. They provide initial and on-the-job (OJT) training for Polish national TADSS Maintainers at their location. Each Maintainer is responsible for up to 15 training devices (tabletop trainers, deployable trainers, permanent systems, and relocatable/mobile systems).

*Minimum of 6 years and / or Combination of instruction experience, education and or training/certification(S) related to Multinational Military training and /or training devoices system instruction, maintenance , or logistics support.
