　　Job responsibilities: Treat minor injuries and illnesses according to physician instructions and authorized per healthcare guidelines in compliance with government and company directives.

　　Essential functions:

　　Conduct cursory medical exams during students' first 48 hours on center.

　　Clean and dress wounds, operate emergency equipment, and provide follow up care.

　　Prepare and administer specified medications.

　　Perform routine lab tests in accordance with approved standards.

　　Review and audit all assigned areas regularly for contractual compliance and effectiveness of delivery of services to students. Prepare related reports.

　　Monitor students on bed rest in health and wellness center.

　　Enter required information in students health records.

　　Assist physician or mid-level health care provider as needed.

　　Education and Experience Requirements:

　　Valid, unrestricted LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) license in the state of employment

　　1-year practical nursing experience required.

　　Excellent written and verbal communication, and computer proficiency required.

　　A valid driver license with an acceptable driving record.
