　　Act as a conduit for the medical treatment of the On-Demand patient population

　　Navigate conversations related to management of health, well-being, medication management, and goals of care.

　　Provide supervised, directed treatment of common medical diagnoses within your scope of practice.

　　Participate in continuing education as required by the state where you reside

　　Adhere to clinical and safety standards, protocols, and performance metrics.

　　Provide care with cultural sensitivity and compassion.

　　Lead your practice with a patient-centered approach.

　　Other related duties as deemed necessary.

　　Ability to manage time in an effective manor while delivering quality care

　　JOB REQUIREMENTS FOR THE LPN:

　　High school diploma or GED is required

　　Current TB, clear background & driving record

　　Minimum of one year of phlebotomy experience is required

　　Must be willing to drive company vehicle up to an hour from the site location

　　Must be able to function in a high paced environment

　　Current LPN License with the state of Michigan

　　AHA CPR/BLS required

　　Comprehensive knowledge of human anatomy
