About Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Med-Surg

　　LPN's needed for Med/Surg Hall at DWM Memorial Hospital.Full-time and PRN positions availableDay and Night shifts needed (either 7a-7p or 7p-7a)LPN:Will perform general nursing duties under supervision of RN.Will function as LPN, providing Total Patient Care.Will perform patient assessment and will document in chart.Will administer medications.Qualifications:Current Alabama RN or LPN license.Current CPR certification.IV CertifiedOne (1) year experience preferred.Must be flexible.Computer skills needed.All other duties/skills and qualifications will be discussed at time of interview.D.W.
